What we don't do
- We don't book hotels or flights on your behalf. Bookings always happen through linked partners.
- We don't handle cancellations or refunds: for that, contact the site you booked through directly.
- We don't give visa, transport or tour-operator advice: check with the Egyptian authorities or licensed agencies for that.
Response time
We usually reply within 2–5 business days. If your email is detailed or needs research, it can take a little longer. We don't use auto-responders.
